Microsoft Office Excel has stopped working

Lanjutin masalah laptop ceweknya keponakan temen, kali ini adalah microsoft excelnya klo ditutup jadi not responding dan keluar message error kyk dibawah ini.

Hasil goggling pertama dapet solusi ini.

1. Open Excel from start menu.
2. Click the Office symbol in top left corner, hit Excel options.
3. Click “Add-Ins”, then choose COM Add-Ins from dropdown menu in bottom of
your window and click Go.
4. Mark the line with Bluetooth in it, and click remove.

tapi gak berhasil.

Akhirnya melalui regedit dengan mengganti nilai key berikut jadi 0.

Klik start – Run ketik regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\LoadBehavior

Ganti nilainya jadi 0.
